I saw your post on the Tribe homepage and joined this tribe to offer a reply, then I will likely leave as this isn't really my cup of tea.

If you look at your hypothetical statement that you've heard in one form or another being thrown about:

"" TO BE ON A HIGHER CONSCIOUS LEVEL AND TO KEEP IN TUNE WITH THE EARTHS VIBRATIONS WITH OUR VIBRATION is to be self empowered and those who are not , will be left in darkness in the future!!!!"

Notice how extremely similiar that type of statement is to some of the things you may very well have heard in the Bible Belt within the context of Christianity.

Both types of statements and "environments" are troublesome to me because they can both be very insistent that their understanding of their respective beliefs are "The Truth" and that you of course should be and see their way in order to be on whatever righteous, respective path each of "those types" of groups are traveling.

I would be wary of anyone, or any entity who is invested in these types of messages and behaviors. As you are beginning a new path for yourself, you will very likely be exposed to many different things, and many different belief systems. If I were you, I would cultivate the ability to be open, receptive and curious about the things and ideas you are exposed to...

and to be a discerning person with her head on her shoulders with good boundaries...and a bullshit detector with a fresh battery installed.
