I went to a sage name Deepakbhai earlier this year in Gujarat, India, to receive Gnan Vidhi, which they describe as some kind of a jump start for liberation. It is a two hour ceremony and it is free of charge, anything Deepakbhai offers is free. I have to say it worked very well for me and several of my friends who are long - time veterans on the spiritual path. Deepakbhai seems to have an unusual ability to remove some subtle level of illusion in a person, difficult to describe, but since I received Gnan Vidhi, there is a permanent shift in my seat of being to freedom and awareness, asublte veil is gone that survived all my openings to awareness before. The teachings around it are very traditional Jain - teachings, pretty orthodox for some Westeners. I also know one person for whom the Gnan Vidhi did not do much appearantly, so I cannot guarantee it will work for everybody. But it seems like a worthwhile thing to check out. I have to say that I was never treated with such love and care in a spiritual community and there is a real purity about it, these people really don't want anything in return for what they offer.
